Why choose the peak season for avocados for our oil?
The quality of an oil depends above all on the ripeness of the fruit. While waiting for February and March, we guarantee:- Maximum fat content: the longer the avocado ripens on the tree, the higher its concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids.
- Rich in nutrients: harvesting at the right time preserves maximum vitamin E and chlorophyll, giving our oil its characteristic emerald green color.
